Pastor Cesar Beteta has been faithfully serving in ministry for 4 ½ years as a pastor. In addition to his pastoral role, he serves as the Home Missions Director for the Congregational Holiness Church, where he is passionately committed to expanding the reach and impact of the church within Hispanic communities.

Pastor Cesar’s hopes and passions for the church include growing more congregations, strengthening the ones already established, and fostering leadership development through initiatives like the Hispanic Bible Institute and Hispanic leadership preparation programs. He is deeply dedicated to increasing CHC Hispanic participation and ensuring that every believer is equipped to fulfill their calling.

Teaching is one of Pastor Cesar’s greatest joys, and he finds immense fulfillment in sharing knowledge and guiding others in their spiritual journeys. His favorite scripture, Proverbs 19:21, inspires and encourages him: "Many purposes are in a man's heart, but the counsel of Jehovah shall rise." This verse reminds him that God’s wisdom prevails and provides hope and assurance in all circumstances, even when choices seem uncertain.
