Rev. Jody Padgett has faithfully served as the West Carolina Christian Education Director since July 1996, bringing a deep passion for helping elementary, middle, and high school students experience the transformative power of God’s Word. Together with his wife, Michelle—an accomplished elementary school principal—they have dedicated their lives to inspiring and equipping the next generation.

The Padgetts are proud parents to four children: Ben (Maddy), Bayleigh (Morgan), Leah, and Damon Rushton, and are blessed with three grandchildren: Cooper, Millie Beth, and Oakley. Their shared love for Youth Camp fuels their mission to spread the Gospel of Jesus, working as a family to make an eternal impact on everyone who attends.
