Meet The Pastor - Elgin

Pastor Warren Morris has been a faithful member of Elgin Church for 28 years and recently began his pastoral journey, having served as pastor for one year. With a heart for ministry and a deep love for God’s Word, Pastor Warren is committed to leading his congregation with wisdom, compassion, and a strong focus on discipleship and mentoring.

Pastor Warren’s greatest hope is to see souls saved and lives transformed for the glory of God. His passion for discipleship and teaching is evident in his dedication to helping others grow spiritually and equipping them to live out their faith. His favorite scripture, John 3:16, serves as a cornerstone of his ministry: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." This verse reminds him of the precious gift of salvation and the access it provides to the fullness of the Bible’s promises.

Outside of his pastoral duties, Pastor Warren finds joy in Bible study and fellowship, relishing opportunities to connect with others over shared faith and scripture. These moments of community strengthen his commitment to God’s work and inspire his ministry.
